Why AI DNA
You shouldn’t have to re-explain yourself in every conversation. Your AI DNA gives any supported assistant a useful place to begin.
“Here are ten general productivity tips you could try...”
“You’re balancing a new business goal with limited time. Let’s begin with the one action that reduces this week’s friction...”
Inside your file
Your customized file gives ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok the context to understand what matters to you, how you work, and how it should support you.
“Start useful—not perfect.”
Living context
Six questions can't capture a whole person — and they're not supposed to. Version 1.0 is the useful starting point, not the final answer.
As you work with your AI, you'll notice things it gets wrong, priorities that shift, and context it's missing. You can correct the file directly, or answer a few deeper questions and generate a sharper version.
Every version is yours to keep. Nothing is locked to a platform, and nothing is locked to us.
Simple by design
Four clear steps—from your answers to an AI agent ready to create with you.
Choose Personal, Business, or Both. About three minutes.
Ask your new AI DNA a real question and get a real answer — before you download anything or sign up for anything.
One simple text file. It’s yours, and it works anywhere.
Follow the Setup Guide for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok. One time, about five minutes.
Meet the founder

I’m a husband, a father, a creator, and someone who has spent years trying to understand a deceptively simple question:
How do we become more free to live, think, and create as ourselves?
Not free from responsibility. Free to choose where our attention goes. Free to spend more time with the people we love. Free to create instead of constantly reacting. Free to pursue ideas that genuinely belong to us—and to become more of the person we know we are capable of becoming.
Years ago, I began deeply analyzing myself—how we think, what controls our attention, why we get stuck in certain patterns, and how consciously choosing our direction can change our lives.
When I began working with AI as an ongoing partner—not simply asking it isolated questions—I saw that it could preserve the thread between ideas, experiences, decisions, and action. It could help a thought stay alive long enough to become something real.
That discovery became part of the foundation for Mostfri.

Choose what you want your AI to understand first. You can build a different version later.
Not sure? Start with Personal. You can build a Business one later using the same answers as a starting point.
Clear before you begin
Simple answers about the file, supported AI tools, and what happens next.
A regular AI chat starts from zero every time you open it. An agent is the same AI, except it already knows your situation, your goals, and how you like to work — so it can actually help instead of guessing.
Your AI DNA is what turns one into the other. There’s nothing to install and no coding involved.
Memory builds up slowly and in fragments, from whatever you happened to mention along the way. It’s also locked to one platform.
Your AI DNA is deliberate: you decide what matters, it’s organized in one place, and it works the same in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok. It’s a file you own — switch platforms and your context comes with you.
AI DNA is a customized file that teaches AI who you are, what matters to you, and how you prefer to work. Attach it to your chosen AI, and a general assistant begins working like your personalized agent instead of starting from zero.
Yes. Right after your DNA is generated, you can ask it a real question and get a real answer — before you download the file or set anything up. That's the whole point: you should see the difference before you decide it's worth your time.
No. You answer six questions in plain language, download a file, and attach it to whichever AI you use. There’s no coding and nothing to install.
Because we want you to explore with us. The more people who begin using AI, experimenting with it, and sharing what they discover, the faster we can all learn what truly helps people live, think, and create more freely. Mostfri is being built as a community of people learning, creating, and evolving alongside AI—not as something you need to pay for before you can experience its value. We learn together. We evolve together. And we help shape what comes next.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. It’s one simple text file that works in all four, and the Mostfri Setup Guide walks you through each platform.
Open the Setup Guide →You can use your AI DNA in standard chats on free plans, though limits and persistent project features vary by platform. The Setup Guide shows the best available option for each AI.
Open the Setup Guide →It probably will get something slightly wrong—six questions can’t capture a whole person. That’s why it’s labeled Version 1.0. You can edit the file directly or answer a few more questions and regenerate a sharper version.
About three to five minutes, and yes—the full experience works on a phone, including downloading the file.
Choose Personal. Those questions are about your life, your time, and what you’re trying to build—a business isn’t required. If you have both, there’s an option for that too.
