New project
In the sidebar. Name it My AI Agent.
Click the Sources tab
Under the message box. Then Add source → your .md.
··· → Project settings
Top right, next to Share. Paste box 1 into Instructions and save.
Type in the message box
Send box 2 as your first message.
You'll know it worked
It names your file and repeats two facts back correctly. If they're wrong, re-check the upload before continuing.
Later, tell ChatGPT what changed, ask it to create an updated file, then replace the old project source with the new one.
